2138 - PROGRAM ANALYST - resume - word doc only
Articulate the goals and objectives of the program, and how it will impact the business.
Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio.
Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required.
Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams.
Present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management.
Identify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies.
Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor%u2019s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business.
Have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset).
Eleven years, or more, of relevant experience.
Have a PMP certification (considered an asset).
Possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions.
Having a financial background is a strong asset.
Must be able to manage a team budget.
Have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem solving abilities.
Possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization.
Are able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
Paid – 3 Mths Only - @ $225 per. Wk
