Senior Software Architect DevOps

Senior Software Architect DevOps

Responsibilities:
• Support DoD SIGINT program pursuits and execution.
• Assessment of the system level functional and performance requirements and the definition of software system implementation strategies.
• Work closely with the RF/DSP engineering and capture teams to perform trade studies pertaining to the development of the control, status, varied analytic application infrastructure and execution, along with operator visualization functionality.
• Software functionality will entail architectures and concepts that facilitate the real-time operation of the system as well as the open architectural model that allows for the seamless integration of third party/COTS applications.
• Configurational, Preliminary, and Detailed Design and integration strategies involving the Cloud based environment that enables the seamless integration of analytic and DSP software products.
• Derive software requirements from customer requirements as well as perform analysis and simulation/modeling.
• Development of buildup, integration and system level test approaches and plans.
• Evaluate Customer requirements as they apply to the system level capabilities to include preparation and delivery of customer briefings and capability demonstrations.
• Support business development activities through analysis of customer and market requirements and comparison against product lines along with other vendor products/capabilities.
• Recommend the development of new capabilities in support of market and customer needs

Qualifications:
• Required- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance within an acceptable timeframe. Preferred- Current Department of Defense TS/SCI - SI/TK clearance
• A seasoned, experienced professional having a broad range of expertise, unique knowledge and a wide range of professional experience and possessing a substantial understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories and expert at applying technical standards and methodologies to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Possess the skills and aptitude to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
• Substantial skills at helping company meet financial and business objectives by resolving complex issues in creative, effective and financially favorable ways.
• Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
• Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Create formal networks involving coordination among groups.

• Preferred- SIGINT Systems, ELINT Systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, and Cyber Systems.
*US Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience; or a Masters Degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
