The Electric, Environmental & Engine Systems (EEES) business unit – provides products for military and commercial airframe and industrial markets.
The military contracts group supporting the Airframe Systems & Components (ASC) division of Global Engines, Airframes and Industrials (GEAI) has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator based in Windsor Locks, CT.
Successful candidate will be responsible for performing contract administration duties associated with government and military indirect and international customers.
Aspects of contract administration support include, but not limited to: proposal development, review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions, drafting of contract documents (including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Agreements, and Technical Assistance Agreements), order reviews and purchase order acknowledgments, flow down of contract requirements and amendments to internal customers, change management, identification of contract and business risk, accounts receivable support/reporting, audit support, and contract close out.
0-2 years of experience in contract administration, with exposure to both US Government and commercial type contracts.
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, an effective communicator, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; successful candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as be able to communicate and work effectively to support internal and external customers in a very fast-paced dynamic environment.
