Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst I - Flight Test
Position Purpose: Under general supervision gathers given information, organizes and produces schedules, program plans, financial and resource plans, and other duties needed to support assigned programs. Responsible for supporting the team with resource loaded plans and forecast analysis as required.
Essential Functions: 1. Produce resource loaded schedules and/or financial operations of assigned programs with gathered activities, hours, and budget. 2. Produce recovery plans as requested using given information. 3. Utilize tools provided for collecting and maintaining program analysis and detail level data. 4. Prepare status reports and forecasts for assigned programs. 5. Responsible for preparing and maintaining schedules at all levels in support of assigned projects/programs.
Additional Functions: 1. Perform other duties as assigned. Unique Skills: Experienced with Aircraft Maintenance Scheduling: Scheduled Maintenance, Modification Period Scheduling, Flying Schedule, Flying Schedule effectiveness and Time Change component scheduling.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related curriculum, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Two (2) years formal scheduling experience. Requires proven experience with PC based software such as MS Excel, Project, Access, Word and Power Point. Experience with resource loaded plans desired.
