Facilities Analyst 2

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst 2 for an opening in Everett, WA.

Analyst will provide support to the client Enterprise Food Services team located in the northwest. Candidate should be highly motivated, self starter with professional business acumen and solid communication skills to successfully interact with suppliers and internal business partners at client. Previous food service industry knowledge and experience is required. This position requires ability to travel between buildings and multiple sites to support team and projects. Analyst will: Interact with suppliers and internal teams. Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization''s needs, requirements and the continuous improvement of service delivery and processes. Generates plans and schedules for project activities. Communicates with external suppliers and internal customers to provide information regarding projects and activities. May research open work order jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources and needed assets in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned activities. Supports efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to food service operations by creating basic documents. Participates in and supports elements of projects. Completes assigned projects. Works to assigned schedule. With limited supervision, collects and logs accurate data from various systems. Performs analysis using developed tools. Assists in making recommendations and implementing improvements. Conducts basic research using varied media (such as internet & reports) to support assigned tasks. Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to food services. Supports and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needs. With supervision and in a limited role, provides support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for various systems or processes. Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents. Supports efforts to resolve business service & operation problems.

Enter Work Orders in system and track work orders to completion.
Perform Food Service Safety Audits and Healthy Eating Audits as needed to support the client Food Services team.
Provide project management support to team.
Support supplier badge, parking and camera passes processing as needed.
Coordinator for internal focus groups and oversee project and reporting.

Accredited Bachelor's degree and/or typically 3 or more years’ related work experience. 3+ years of industrial food service and/or project management experience.

WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
