Agile Professionals - Top Secret Clearance

Description:
We have an outstanding Consulting position for a Requirements Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Herndon, VA surrounding area.

**U.S. Citizenship Required.
**Candidate must possess an Active DOD Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI/Poly*

Job Responsibilities:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
Minimum 9 years of verifiable experience or 7 years of professional experience with a Masters degree.
Experience as Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (TFS/Azure).
Desired Qualifications:
Previous technical leadership experience on software development project(s). Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and processes. Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools and techniques and software development processes are highly desired skills for the job.
