Senior Quality Engineer
(US Citizenship Required*)
Quincy, MA

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
• Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
• Review Documents/Drawings/Instructions for conformance to requirements.
• Compare defects against standards and recommends dispositions, and verifies implementation of rework.
• Collect, organize and analyze project data, generates and/or reviews metrics.
• Perform audits, assign corrective action, and verify implementation.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings including technical design reviews, technical peer reviews.
• Verify compliance to defined requirements.
• Witness and or monitor test activities,
• Provide resolution to problems of moderate scope.

Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge of engineering (i.e., software, electrical, systems, etc) methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Solid skills in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions.
• Solid ability to clearly recognize and report relevant to sound quality engineering practices.
• Solid knowledge of interpretation of drawings.
• Solid skills in reviewing documents/drawings/instructions for conformance to requirements techniques.
• Solid skills in reporting quality activities, findings, and issues both in writing and verbally.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of use of relevant inspection/measurement tools and techniques.
• Solid computer skills, both desktop software and required factory or engineering tools.
*US Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree.
