Description: PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a candidate for Customer Support Specialist position located in Mason, OH.
The incumbent efficiently and effectively handles service desk traffic and administrative tasks while ensuring that departmental processes and quality standards are maintained. Follow-through and internal customer satisfaction are key success factors. Qualifications: The Service Desk Administrator has at least one year in an office/administrative environment, preferably customer-facing. Familiarity with IT concepts such as networking, servers, PCs, Windows, PC imaging, software installation, patching, printers, hardware is a major plus.
Essential Functions: 1. Greet walk-ups, log service desk tickets with appropriate level of detail 2. Order computer equipment, such as PCs, phones, and peripheral equipment following department standards. Follow orders through to receipt and ensure delivery to customer. 3. Assist the team in keeping the work area organized, efficient 4. Keep asset documentation up-to-date with goal of 100% accuracy 5. Works with Suppliers as directed by management 6. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
