Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the full range of customer service responsibilities on the order processing side from receipt to fulfillment.


~ Order Processing / Backorder Resolution
~ Order Tracking and Communication for Ship Window Compliance
~ Warehouse Communication for Special Handling and Problem Resolution
~ Customer Communication and Problem Resolution
~ ASN/Tracking using customer specific applications/Websites
~ Customer Compliance Research and Resolution

Experience / Qualifications:

~ High School degree required; Associates or above preferred
~ Effective communication skills and customer focused approach to problem resolution.
~ Working knowledge of SAP**
~ Basic Excel abilities
