Technical Analyst

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Analyst for a contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Partner with the e-Solutions Manager to identify key process improvements and technical skill development
opportunities
o Assist in the development of team success metrics and implement quality standards
o Initial escalation points for customer (internal & external) issues and team member assistance
o Assist with additional support and implementation work to ensure timely resolution of requests
o Lead development and documentation of standard troubleshooting processes and procedures, creation and dissemination of materials for customer and stakeholder awareness and training
o Ensure all problems and incidents are tracked appropriately and addressed in a timely fashion in accordance with department service targets
o Drive collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and IT to track and resolve issues in a timely manner
o Ensure data standards are HIPAA compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies
o Identify additional solutions or practices to improve the operations and activities of Baxter e-Solutions and the customer journey.
o Participate in projects relating to Baxter's e-Solutions and liaise with key stakeholders
o Collaborate with IT business partners and suppliers on key business initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
o Excellent telephone skills with ability to organize and virtual and in-person meetings and trainings
o Previous experience with EDI and/or e-commerce solutions; including knowledge of ANSI X12, XML, HTML, and other languages
o Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel PowerPoint), Tableau, process flow software, and CRM software.
o Root cause analysis
o Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, including the ability to facilitate changes in customer behavior.
o Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree or equivalent
o At least 1-year prior work experience in a support role with 1or more years of previous customer service experience
