Business Systems Analysis III-

Position Purpose:
Provide technical support for Fiserv Premier ATM/Debit Card products and systems, in support of Client Support, Technology Operations, Implementations/Conversions teams.

Essential Job Duties:
Resolves complex customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products.
Perform certification testing with various third-party vendors.
Implement new systems/features as part of upgrades or client requests.
Participate in system walk-through of technical and operational features, functions and attributes of a new or existing computer system.
Provide detailed explanations to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations.
Discuss problems, answer questions, offer technical assistance and ensure proper handling/follow-up with clients and other departments’ personnel.
Build an in-depth knowledge of ATM/debit card technical applications, business acumen, and client focus to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Act as a SME resource to other associates in Bank Solutions.
Independent judgment and team participation is necessary.
Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required.
Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.

Job Related Experience:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in technical support, system analysis or related experience required.
Financial service industry desired.

Additional Skills/Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Premier Deposit products and/or ATM/Debit card products a plus.
Experience with integrating 3rd Party applications a plus (i.e. software distribution).
Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as in a team environment
Highly motivated, pro-active and self-assured with the ability to take the lead when necessary.
Knowledge of development life cycle (i.e. program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, debugging, etc
Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability with strong detail orientation.
Takes initiative to learn from team as well as independently through other resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Project management experience is a plus."
