JOB TITLE: Electronics Technician
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL (Onsite)
PAY RATE: Up to $27/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:
Set up test apparatus and conducting tests on electronic assemblies and units following specified methods and standards.
Assembling production electronic equipment, adjusting and calibrating systems, and troubleshooting malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts.
Using hand/power tools and measuring/testing devices
Performing tests and analyzing results to evaluate performance
Assisting engineers in developing test procedures and recommending product improvements
Monitoring and verifying quality per control procedures
Troubleshooting to the component level, including analog, digital, and RF circuits
Using measurement devices such as digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and RF power meters
Requirements:
MUST BE US PERSONS
High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional technical training equivalent to an associate degree or demonstrated ability in technical tasks
1+ year of experience in component-level troubleshooting (solid state, digital, and RF circuits)
Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and data collection tools for documentation
Experience with flying probe/high-power test equipment
Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) testing: 1-2 years
Desired Skills:
Extensive RF testing experience
Familiarity with radar systems
