Role Overview:
As a Sr. Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the testing of navigational, inertial measurement, and guidance units. You will monitor, read, and record test data, while learning to operate automated and manual test setups. You will gain hands-on experience with high-tech tools and systems, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Learn to monitor, read, and record test data for navigational and guidance units.
• Set up and perform tests using both automated and manual procedures.
• Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power decade boxes.
• Handle and mount units for testing, ensuring compliance with safety practices (5S, FOD, ESD).
• Understand schematic drawings and apply knowledge of electronics to troubleshoot issues.
• Report to the Test Lead or Test Engineer, providing updates and insights on testing progress.
• Make independent decisions to spot potential issues and ensure the accuracy of test results.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic testing.
• Strong familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Understanding of standard test lab concepts (e.g., 5S, FOD, ESD safety practices).
• Associate degree in Electronics or a related field preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in electronics.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $32.71 per hour
