Structural Analysis Engineer - ABAQUS (NX a +)

Description:
PDS Tech, Inc. is looking for 3 Structural Analysis Engineers w/Abaqus for our client in Long Beach, CA
Hybrid schedule 3-4 day’s onsite

Job Description:

Works with the C-17 Analysis team to develop highly complex FEM models of aircraft structure for fatigue life analysis using ABAQUS.
Develops, integrates and documents their work in association with other team members.
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
NX and Teamcenter highly desired!

Education / Experience:

Bachelor Degree in one of the STEM Programs Required-No exceptions

Required and Desire Skills

3+yeas of experience on all:
Finite element model -Required
ABAQUS-Required
Damage tolerance analysis -Desired
Experience in NX (Design Program (similar to CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM-Product Life Cycle Manager) is highly desired.
