Business Systems Analysts - Saint Louis, MO

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Business Systems Analysts for open positions in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Job Duties:

• The successful candidate will work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, software development lifecycle support and change management support on various applications assigned to the System Support Center.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field AND 7 years’ of directly related work experience in IT; 4 additional years’ of experience in computer or architectures, systems analysis, or management of IT projects can substitute for a degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis role that includes software quality assurance, Agile, testing and database queries.
• Demonstrated ability to seek and rapidly acquire business and technical knowledge needed to independently serve as a liaison between the customer, developers, and business project leader.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
• Proficient with database query tools/techniques.
• Working knowledge of development tools such as Java-based user interface and Oracle databases.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives.
• Must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance US Citizenship is required or Green Card, Must not have traveled outside of the US for a combined total of 6 months or longer within the past 5 years.
• Position is based in St Louis, MO and does not provide relocation assistance.
