Quality Structural Inspector

Description:
Schedules the inspection: Provision of the input data and determination of the resources needed for testing and control.
• Conducts technical inspection: Verification of the supplier parts retouching, product calibration and detection of any non-compliance.
• Provides oversight and monitoring: Monitoring of the in-situ subcontractors, industrial products and tools along with continuous support of the internal and external audits.
• Ensures the end customer protection: Assistance of the customer focal point with the resolution of non-conformities detected by the customer during the project closing. Serves as the key member during all customer inspections.
• Conducts actions to settle non-conformities and resolve problems: Identification of recurring problems and initiation of appropriate corrective actions. Must have knowledge of problem resolutions (e.g. PPS) and necessary technical expertise along with knowledge of organizations (e.g. 5S) on workstation and demonstrated participation in their application.
• Executes continuous improvement actions: Support for comprehensive problem-solving projects. Production and updating of a quality dashboard along with the implementation of working methods improvements.
• Carries out preventive action: Participation in AMDEC-type risk analyzes, implementation of Quality Standards, participation in risk management/reduction meetings and execution of new processes in Production.
• Manages documentation: Communication of any changes in documentation, attendance during the documentation applicability review meetings and participation in the harmonization of the technical documentation.Excellent oral and written communication skills
