Customer Support Security Specialist (2) - FL - C

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Support Security Specialist (2) for an opening in Orlando, FL.

The analyst will provide inbound Call Center support to client employees, security professionals and government agencies. LMSecurity is responsible for processing government security clearances for client employees world-wide. Routine calls in the Call Center may include questions from employees on how to complete their Personnel Security Clearance paperwork, security clearance status, incoming and outbound visits . Duties would also include, but are not limited to, processing domestic and international visits, Non-Disclosure Agreements, system access requests for the Joint Personnel Adjudication System and other routine duties in an industrial security office. Call Center hours of operation are between 7:30AM and 6:30PM.


High School diploma and/or some college with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, and 1 year of experience.

9/80, 1st Shift, Full-Time
The expected work schedule will be 9:00AM-6:30PM

MISCELLANEOUS: Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
