Job Listing Description

Forming, bending and cutting the extra leads of the components to make them suitable for through hole assembly Checking the prepared components visually for specified length, bend and performance Checking sample components by mounting on a bare PCB Handing over formed components to through-hole process Assisting in maintaining stocks of consumables required for assembly Performing regular cleaning and maintenance of machines Proficiency in forming, bending and cutting components Proficiency in using hand tools and machines for preparation of components Familiarity with functioning and operation of through-hole machines Proficiency in using hand soldering techniques, its types and shortcomings Familiarity with component orientation and mounting Knowledge of basic concepts of electronics, electricity and component identification Understanding of IPC standards for printed circuit boards and precautions with regard to electrostatic discharge Computer literacy and ability to maintain logs, read job sheets, load plans and production drawings
