SAP FUNC %u2013 Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr) %u2013 Production Control and Scheduling (PCS) %u2013 PCS: Production Control, Planning & Scheduling Lead (S/4 HANA to Siemens OpCenter) %u2013 Production Order and Shop Floor Execution

Basic Required Qualifications:
Shop Floor Execution%u2019s SAP Best Practice
S/4 Experience
A&D Experience (must have)
Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
Work Centers, BoMs and Routings %u2013 Revision & ECM
Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
Parameter Effectivity / Unit Effectivity
External Processing wit Subcontracting
Production Order Kitting
Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
Rework and Production Order Splitting
Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
Integration with MES systems (Siemens OpCenter)
Providing FI/CO expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
Providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary.
Leading design of FI/CO interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements.
Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
Supporting development of training work products and respond to trainer questions.
Defining user authorization requirements.
Providing help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving FI/CO defects (%u2018break/fix%u2019), analyzing proposed improvements
Preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.
Functional specification Unit Testing
Systems Integration Testing
Understanding of integration between S/4 and Siemens OpCenter (nice to have)
