Machine Operators

Description:
Duties and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years Surface Mount Technology (SMT) experience
• Experience operating a SMT printer (any manufacturer)
• Experience operating Pick & Place machine (any manufacturer)
• Familiar with SMT component packages
• Ability to load feeders
• Basic computer skills
• Able to read and understand process documentation including bills of materials, assembly drawings, schematics, component datasheets, Etc
• Able to interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptability
Additional Duties and Skills:
• Technical knowledge of electronics and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) fabrication a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to present ideas and data to a group
• AOI experience a plus
• IPC Solder Experience
Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Must be a US citizen
