We are actively hiring a Quality Engineer to support critical manufacturing operations, quality systems, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 🚀 What You’ll Do:
Quality Systems & Compliance
Support site-wide AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives
Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain certification compliance
Assist with quality metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting
Track and follow up on Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
Testing & Documentation
Generate and maintain:
Test Instructions
Qualification Procedures
Work Instructions
Technical Reports
Quality Records & Samples
Identify testing sources, equipment, and oversee internal/external testing activities
Inspection & Operations Support
Perform incoming inspections and in-process inspections
Review and log training documentation
Support document control systems
Conduct quality audits and process inspections
🔥 What We Need:
5+ years in a Quality Engineering role
Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 / regulated manufacturing environments
Experience with audits, compliance, RCCA, CAPA, inspections
Procedure writing / technical documentation experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
⭐ Preferred:
ASQ Certification
Experience transitioning R&D environments into production manufacturing
Aerospace, defense, medical device, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing background
🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
