Join our IT Transition Program Management team to support migrating IT Applications and Infrastructure into the company. You will oversee migration and streamlining of new hire onboarding processes (systems access, equipment provisioning, facilities management) into the new organization with scalable processes and procedures. You will not only focus on project management, but process improvement and will create a systemic process flow across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business requirements and system usage in order to make strategic recommendations.
• Develop and drive project plans with the goal of ensuring maximum client success.
• Create and examine process flows across multiple functions and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Be an adaptable, independent contributor, and provide overall quality control to all projects.
• Leads, through (agile/scrum/waterfall) methodologies, collaborative efforts through all phases of the project, including requirements gathering and tactical user experience activities.
• Facilitate the definition of project objectives, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Partner with the project client/owner/sponsor and all stakeholders to create and implement appropriate and efficient solutions based on business objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Conduct process reviews and make recommendations to streamline and create efficiency/scale in current state processes.
• Provide project management for project activities to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and scope.
• Provide project management for scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and support to teams to ensure alignment and a shared understanding of the SDLC best practices.
• Facilitate project team meetings, manage agendas and meeting recaps to ensure all project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected.

Qualifications:
• PMP/CSM Certified and process improvement expertise (such as Six Sigma training) preferred
• Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize/self-direct as needed.
• Experience with SaaS models.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within agreed upon scope.
• Able to work on a team and lead others as required completing projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• A quick study who can work under minimal supervision.
• Strong project management skills and able to prioritize activities.
• Able to build strong relationships with internal team members across geographically dispersed teams; offshore experience a plus.
• Independently motivated with proven ability to follow through on initiatives.
• Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally.
• Able to forecast and management resource allocation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse working groups
• Experience with systems, databases and virtual infrastructure
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of the components of the software release process, including issues of development, documentation, packaging and quality assurance
• Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment while remaining calm, cool and collected
• Research capabilities, writing experience, and knowledge of IT security & compliance requirements a plus

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years (preferred) of experience with consulting, project management and SDLC
