Canoga Park, CA
1 Year Contract
$35.00-42.00/Hr

1 Year Contract

Duties:
** Candidates must be U.S. Citizens **

** Permanent residents are NOT eligible for this role **

** Dual citizens are NOT eligible for this role. Also, candidates with a current non-U.S. passport in addition to a U.S. passport are NOT acceptable **

** Aerospace Scheduling experience is required **

-Provide Detailed and summary schedules for the program.
-These schedules must be compliant with EVMS concepts and support uploading into the Integrated Program management tool.
-Weekly milestone statusing and development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) will be required.
-Business Program Scheduler of the organizational unit operations.
-Provide schedule administration and fiscal integration of direct charging accounts and activities.
-Requirements include forecasting, critical path tracking, schedule statusing and analysis of future tasks.
-Integration of cost/schedule data to support Integrated Master Schedule and Customer directed Earned Value management reporting.
-Analyze data to evaluate performance against baseline and prepare a variety of reports to reflect schedule, earnings and variance analyses.
-Perform analysis of data and produce reports for administrative review.
-Prepare and present recommendations to management based on schedule planning data.
-Assist internal and external auditors regarding organizational units accounting, estimating and control procedures.
-May perform analysis of and/or assist in the preparation of departmental budgets.
-Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.

Skills:
Required:

-Proficient in Microsoft Project
-Knowledge of Earned Value Concepts

Desired:

-Ability to plan and manage complex tasks
-Prepares variance reports and anticipates problems and challenges in advance of them occurring
