PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III, in Louisville, CO:

Primary Responsibilities Include:
We are seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to develop, status and analyze integrated master schedules to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow.

What to look forward to:
As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, you will be using your skills and expertise to prepare, develop and coordinate our integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet our program objectives and ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the enterprise. You'll be responsible for tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You'll evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.

Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Project

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of DCMA 14-piont
  • IPMR DI_MGMT-81861
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Understanding of Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Understanding of Schedule Performance and Heath Metrics Analysis
  • Knowledge of engineering design concepts
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required

Additional Job Description Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements:
l Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps
l Occasionally repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity
l Occasionally requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors
l Occasionally requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes
l Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:
l Rarely exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)
l Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials
l Rarely exposed to loud noises
