Program Manager

Description:
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or higher
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Seven to 10 years experience in the following:
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project to include material cost savings or expenses.

Establishes decides on work plan and staffing for each phase of project
Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget

Reviews status reports prepared by functional managers and consolidates/maintains the Master Program Schedule and is responsible for presenting schedule to customer
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
Able to communicate program progress and deficiencies to various RSM/SAC/LM leaders including the C-suite.

Previous experience in VVIP, Head of State, in custom aircraft (rotary or fixed wing) interiors preferred
Must have a history in Management of others.
The program is the VH-92A/Sikorsky S-92
Must be a U.S. Citizen
