Wire Harness Design Engineer

Description:
Wire Harness Design Engineer $100k Base
Morson International is currently recruiting for Wire Harness Design Engineer for a fantastic opportunity in the Fort Worth area in TX, this is a great opening for Wire Harness Design Engineers to join a global company and work on some of the latest designs in the aviation industry, specifically Helicopters.

Responsibilities:

• This position applies to wiring integration work performed on a new product development.
• Wiring harness-system integration designer coordinates efforts with Electrical / Avionics and Aircraft Integration Team areas.
• Develop 3/D harness layouts in CATIA V6 utilizing CHS data files.
• The candidate must have good personnel coordination abilities.
• Interface with customers and cross functional team members as well as provide design, development and air vehicle support.
• The incumbent must be able to interpret engineering blue prints and produce accurate harness model representations. Must be familiar with 3d models of various components / connectors from library

Skills:
• Microsoft software suite applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• 3,000 hours Capital Harnesses Systems (CHS) – Mentor Graphics - experience aircraft design is required.
• ENOVIA and CATIA experience REQUIRED.

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Rate: $50-55/hour
