Industrial Engineer

Description:
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer in the DFW area to work with a great company in the aerospace industry! Submit your resume to be considered for this position!

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts
* Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
* Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
* On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
* May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* Understand Manufacturing processes
* Process Improvement experience
* Demonstrated technical project management skills and experience
* Experience with global supply chain design and strategies

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Lead and/or Facilitation experience in a structured improvement activity
* Knowledge of risk management
* Knowledge of quality management systems and processes
