Electrical Engineer

Description:
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer in Palmdale, CA to work with a great company in the aerospace industry! Submit your resume to be considered for this position!

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
* Designs electrical equipment, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
* Focus on the electrical wiring and harness assembly diagram design and development for an ADP program.
* Creating electrical architectures/schematics and creating wiring harness drawings.
* Resolving wiring/integration related issues between the various avionics/electrical systems, validating / interpreting/ troubleshooting/ resolving any wiring related issues
* Performing technical checks to ensure wiring document correctness
* Providing engineering sign-off on all new/revised manufacturing wiring documents.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience creating electrical architectures/schematics and wiring harness design.
* Must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience using wiring harness design tools such as Mentor Graphics Capital Harness or HarnesSyS.
* Experience performing electrical load analysis and electrical power system integration.
* Experience with CATIA V5.
* Experience generating System Checkout Procedures and providing support.
* Experience incorporating subsystem hardware into a System Integration Lab (SIL) and troubleshooting integration issues.
* Experience working with manufacturing during build up to troubleshoot systems.
