Payroll Associates - Dallas, TX

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Payroll Associates for open positions in Dallas, Texas.

Job Duties:

• Performs general tasks such as filing, distribution of miscellaneous documentation, and answer phones.
• Audits and records all payroll exceptions and records for several Employee groups.
• Audits and maintains attendance records for all workgroups.
• Prepares and provides various payroll reports to Leadership.
• Operates current standard office equipment and communication tools.
• Processes administrative paperwork.
• Assists in preparing and auditing payroll reports.
• Provides daily support for payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Must have computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must work under tight time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
• Must possess strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
