Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Concierge Personnel for open positions in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Job Duties:

• Provides wide variety of administrative support leader, department and staff.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Schedule and maintain calendar activities for Director as well as coordinate all travel and expense reporting.
• High level of confidentiality required due to level of position.
• Able to interact with all levels of management and multi-task in this fast paced environment.
• Sense of urgency needed to assist in execution of strategic activities.
• Able to work efficiently with little supervision.
• Assist HR Generalist in all HR related activities to meet deadlines.
• An individual who is aligned with organizational goals and who will help the organization succeed through progressive and responsive business practices.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Suite Tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• 4-6 years’ of administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work autonomously while contributing to team initiatives.
• Strong research and problem solving skills; ability to apply systemic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Initiative, ownership, outstanding customer service a must.
• Professional level communication both written & verbal, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
