Job Title: Operations Support Engineer
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 months)
Location: Phoenix AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $50 per hour


Job Summary

• Performs research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, PC Board Layout, Electronics Packaging equipment, facilities, systems, products and networks for commercial, industrial and governmental purposes.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development to create innovative electrical components and systems.

• Design and test PC Board layouts, ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and optimize electronics packaging solutions for various applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into products and facilities.

• Perform rigorous testing and validation of electrical components and systems to ensure reliability and performance.

• Analyze and troubleshoot existing electrical systems and components, proposing enhancements as necessary.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including specifications, design reports, and testing procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain compliance and best practices.

• Provide technical support and guidance to other engineering teams and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have advanced degree with 5 years' experience.

• Must understand electronics and is capable and has experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts.

• Understand and has some experience troubleshooting test equipment.

• Capable of couching technicians create basic reports and manage customer request and demands on a timely manner
