The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees for our Client.
• Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods.
• Assess talent and skills of applicants.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies.
• Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings.
• Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Provide information about the Clientand job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.
