Client Service Coordinator

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will provide customer service to both client representatives and staffing agency representatives with focus on the temporary labor hiring process and interaction with the online system.  Oversee timekeeping operations for assigned temps.  Administer reports for internal management as well as client representatives.  Manage the accuracy of data in our online requisitioning tool through auditing processes and engage in program initiatives. 

Assist the Program Manager with daily projects such as reporting and auditing
Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, suppliers and clients
Administrate an online tool used to manage our clients contingent labor force
Be comfortable problem solving technical matters live over the phone
Provide support and training to vendors and clients on system processes and procedures
Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking
Answer any incoming calls and perform some outbound calls to our clients

Optimal candidate will have 2 years experience in staffing industry or customer service/support of a national client, with focus on client relations, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize, plan and execute tasks in efficient and professional manner.  Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel as well as extensive use of the internet, preferably requisitioning systems or tools is required.

High School/GED
Experience in staffing and managing client and vendor relations highly desirable
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
HR or Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant experience preferred
Ability to take on Admin and project tasks independently
Comfortable navigating and administrating online software
Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
Candidate must have strong multi-tasking skills and great attention to detail
Excellent follow up and time management skills are a must
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
