PDS is looking for Airworthiness Inspectors in Wichita, KS:
In your role, you will:

• Conduct and record conformity inspections as required
• Issue Amended Standard and Special Airworthiness Certificates
• Prepare Supplemental Type Inspection Reports

• You are an FAA approved designee, DAR or DMIR with ability to new FAA designation authorization as required
• You have five (5) years experience
• You will be requied to travel 
• You have previous experience as a lead and / or supervisor
• You have thorough knowledge of aircraft systems including mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, avionics and electrical
• You have the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and regulatory agencies
• You have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database and web-based applications
• You have working knowledge of Bombardier / Learjet aircraft product lines which may include aircraft no longer in service
• You have thorough knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 21, 25, 33, 43, 45, 47, 91, 145 and approved ODA Procedures Manual
• You have thorough knowledge of applicable FAA Orders and Advisory Circulars commensurate to the scope of authorizations held
• You have thorough knowledge of applicable safety and operating procedures, i.e., power-on aircraft and flight-line
• You have the planning organization skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
• You have the ability to maintain objectivity and impartiality while fulfilling duties and responsibilities as an ODA Inspection Unit Member including avoidance of conflicts of interest in the certification environment
