Aircraft Assembly Technician-Vertical Lift

Description:
Responsibilities:

Experience in assembly, disassembly, install, test and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies on Apache Longbow Helicopters.
Follow computer based and other specific processes and systems, including manufacturing planning and blueprints, as well as other forms of both written and oral instructions.
Mechanical, electrical/avionics, sheet metal or composites work on Apache Longbow Helicopters.
Follow specific tool control, FOD (Foreign Object, Debris) control and safety guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Successfully completing training is a contingency for this assignment
Must be computer literate and able to navigate computer
Physical requirements: long hours on feet, confined spaces, harnesses with weight limits and climbing up and down work stands
This role is fully on-site
This role is primarily 2nd shift except that the first couple weeks of training will be on 1st shift (6AM-2:30) and after that will be 2nd shift (1:30PM-10PM)
Wire assembly knowledge, mechanic attributes
