Maintenance Training Specialist

Description:
Customer Training Specialist 4

Location: Hazelwood, MO
Duration: 12 Months

Description:
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training. Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. Ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Coaches and develops others

Education / Experience:
Job requires FAA ATP or Commercial certificate with the appropriate endorsements, and FAA Instructor certificate or military instructor certification, as applicable. Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Job Description:
Train egress maintenance technicians in support of F-15QA aircraft

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience with maintenance working on the egress systems
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on F-15 aircraft
- Minimum of 7 years' experience with maintenance working on AFE/Life Support systems and equipment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on F-15 aircraft

Preferred Qualifications:
- Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions
Train AFE/Life Support maintenance technicians in support of F-15QA aircraft
- Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions

NOTE: An individual with combined Egress and AFE/Life Support Skills would be ideal
