EBU Integration Lead Engineer

Description:
Seeking an EBU Integration Lead Engineer who will be responsible for integration and certification of EBU installation. As the Lead EBU Integration Engineer, you'll report to the Director of Propulsion IPT.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead a team to develop and integrate an EBU installation using industry standards and best practices based on trade studies, research and analysis
• Focus on generating as compact an EBU installation as possible to minimize the drag associated with the nacelles and empennage
• Participate in supplier selection, coordination, integration, test and certification of the EBU installation
• Accomplish deliverables associated with the EBU installation for key program milestones, including design reviews, hardware deliveries, testing and certification milestones
• Coordinate with other engineering, manufacturing or specialty personnel to resolve problems
• Actively work to improve daily processes and ensures all work meets design requirements
• Determine and develops own approach to solutions within schedule and cost objectives
• Contribute to planning, developing and coordinating of important engineering projects
• Provide technical assistance to team members

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in EBU development and integration for Military, Business Jet, and/or Commercial platforms
• Experience with development and integration of ECS, Fuel, Electrical, Hydraulics, and other powerplant-related systems is an advantage
• Experience using CATIA V5, Teamcenter, or equivalent CAD/PLM products.
• Experience generating qualification and certification reports
• Familiarity with current FAA and EASA regulations. Proficiency in Part 25 is preferred
• Demonstrated project management and leadership capability
• Demonstrated success working within highly empowered teams and working with a diverse group of people at every level in an organization.
• Ability to meet overall objectives under limited supervision
