Flight Test Tech 3- Secret Clearance
The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance on the MQ-4C Triton.
The maintenance includes but is not limited to avionics, electrical, instrumentation, engine, hydraulic, airframes, and other mechanical systems and subsystems.
Maintenance actions will include troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, wiring repair, wire harness manufacture and routing, engine repair and upkeep, composite repair, hydraulic systems rework, braking systems rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various Air Vehicle systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, 4790 series maintenance manuals (IETMs), and NGC processes and procedures.
Modification work will include installation, upgrades to, and the removal of components.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to complete all required documentation such as NGC and USN records and maintenance action forms.
Other duties including Launch and Recovery operations, and Ground Support Equipment operation and Ground Test support.
This position may require the individual to work overtime as well as travel off-site.
Associate degree in a related technical field with 1 year of aircraft maintenance experience. 4 additional years of experience (for a total of 5) may be substituted for an Associate degree.
Secret Security Clearance.
Navy Test and Evaluation maintenance experience. Experience with NAMP OOMA a plus
