Join our supplier management team as a Chief of Staff (CoS) reporting to the Director of Integrated Services, an organization that includes global procurement operations, business process outsourcing, digital strategy and other procurement functions. Part analyst and part strategist, you will interface with key stakeholders and directly impact the company’s second century goals. You will drive contracting activities and supplier strategies across the organization, and provide insightful analysis & recommendations. You will oversee cross-functional value stream requirements necessary to meet emerging business needs, and you’ll provide an opportunity to change the way the company brings in new technology to the company and work in an Enterprise context.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor supplier quality, delivery/schedule, and financial performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities
• Develop and execute supply base plans, and integrating with customer, program and commodity strategies
• Identify and participate in business and cost savings initiatives
• Identify and participate in supplier and business improvement activities
• Provide outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
• Work closely with distributed management, procurement officials, and business partners to ensure smooth operations of procurement initiatives
• Collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments
• Lead development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
• Analyze and preparing reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
• Communicate strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities at the executive level
• Synthesize, simplify, and present complex information
• Lead cross-functional process management activities
• Lead self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
• Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs
• Provide executive support
• About 10% travel

Qualification:
• Required – successfully pass a credit check.
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
