We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Records Accountability Analyst C
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:
• Technical Publications Librarian; log and record.
• Document and maintain completed quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built aircraft configuration.
• Reconcile erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries and performing audits of planning and production schedules.
• Monitor work of les experienced employees.
• Assemble data packages and log books from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of aircraft build status.
• Provide aircraft build information to status the airplane for aircraft roll out, flight and delivery.
• Solve a variety of complex problems by developing and implementing process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the aircraft build process.
• Maintain records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Work under limited supervision.

Qualification:
• Required – able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience as a Logs and Records Clerk / Technical Publications Librarian in the Navy / Marine Corps or FRC Environment.
• Prefer Experience with NALCOMIS / OOMA (F/A-18).
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
