Navigation-Supplier Surveillance

Description:
Represent, oversee, and coordinate activities at vendor’s site to ensure on time delivery as per client's schedule requirement. Follow up, expedite open orders and report status at prescribed frequency. Create and maintain performance indicators as required. Create and monitor recovery plan leading to a sustainable exit strategy. Incorporate preventive measures. Manage relationship between vendor and client focal.

Senior Level
Any candidate who possess 21+ years of experience in navigation services. Those years of experience should comply with one or many specific competencies as described below.

Program
Be able to understand and describe the entire scope of the project, including managing schedule, in order to meet the objective of the program. General knowledge required for other functions; engineering, supply chain, logistics, operation, and quality.

Operation
Be able to understand/describe and analyze, the entire Manufacturing Process. Capable to evaluate risk or opportunity in a Value Stream Mapping. Produce rate readiness evaluation if required.

Quality
Understand process (documentation/software) and validate quality process in the supplier. Identify the gap and proposed corrective action. If required, implementation of quality gates into supplier’s manufacturing process in order to increase acceptance rate (avoid RNC, snags).
