Description:
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Senior Recruiter to join a leading Company located in Mason, OH.

**Position requires U.S. Citizenship.**

Major Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish at assigned location(s).
Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings.
Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources.
Coordinating the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager.
Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager.
Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates.
Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance).
Participate in Career Fairs when required.
Work with Taleo Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable.
Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Manager, other HR managers and the recruitment team.
Follow company recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily.
Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings.
High potential for contact with general job seekers as well as qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Extensive proactive customer service and company informational skills will be essential.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from accredited university is required for this position.
A minimum 3 verifiable years previous Engineering/ Technology Recruiting experience as a Corporate Recruiter (preferably in Aerospace & Defense) is required for this position.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop a proactive, sustained recruitment strategy for technical engineering roles.
Previous experience using Taleo or other applicant tracking software. Proficiency using Taleo recently is highly desired.
Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in technical disciplines.
DoD Engineering recruiting and sourcing experience required.
