Reliability Engineer

Description:
**U.S. Citizenship Required.
**Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing the processes for managing Logistics Control Numbers within a database working independently with minor direction from Manager and lead.
Assignments are often self-initiated and candidate determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Direct and guide the processes for Functional Logistics Control Numbers (FLCN) mapping and be responsible for evaluating LCNs for accuracy, applicability, and proper structure.
Responsible for developing a disciplined workflow process for the creation, update, maintenance, and retirement of LCNs.
Candidate will be the primary point of contact for LCN management and will conduct meetings, coordinate resolution of issues arising from inaccurate LCNs mapping structure and implement corrective actions.
Require working across functional teams and working to ensure the best solution is adopted for implementation. They will also be responsible for ensuring corrective actions that have been implemented are effective.
Develop concise formats, and generate and present information utilizing computer readouts, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methods.

Basic Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited college in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a technical degree.

Desired Skills:
Experience managing large sets of data using a maintenance data collection system, centralized failure / corrective action data collection system, data library, and/or Excel.
Experience using UGS Teamcenter (Product Data Management Tool) and VAS (Visualization Assembly System).
