What You’ll Do:

Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.
Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.
Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
Apply knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Ensure software standards are met.
 

What You’ll Need:

Secret Clearance not required but is desired to support travel. Travel can still happen without clearance but will need to be escorted
Must have fluent C++ development skills and experience developing in an Object Oriented architect
Working Knowledge of flight simulation or aviation terminology
Strong ability to debug issues and maneuver around existing code
3d Simulation experience
Ability to learn new SDKs
VR/AR/MR development experience and integrating into existing applications
Experience integrating control loading devices and/or experience with integrating flight models
Experience with SimBox SDK (or comparable SDK)
Ability to draw/size/position shapes programmatically to recreate avionics visuals
Experience in C# using UWP, XAML, and WPF
Strong 3D math skills, including but not limited to: practical knowledge of vectors and vector operations, matrix and matrix transformations, Euler angles and quaternions.
Ability to travel to the UK.
