Description:
This company is seeking a talented, customer-focused Digital Technology (DT) Recruiter to support our Digital Technology team for all US Domestic sites with recruiting and project activities. The DT Recruiter will be responsible for conducting high-level recruitment activity in support of discipline specific job requirements across all domestic US geographies throughout the Collins Aerospace Digital Technology organization. Additionally, you will help manage a project with significant scope, complexity, and leadership visibility.

You will be accountable for the following:
• Build strong, strategic partnerships with business leaders to source key technical talent in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform full-cycle recruiting support (including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, scheduling phone and on-site interviews, prepping candidates for interviews, etc) for all critical roles while striving for a positive candidate experience
• Facilitate efficient intake and interview debrief sessions with Hiring Managers
• Proactively communicate with Hiring Managers on the status of their requisitions, provide a strong slate of pre-screened, diverse candidates, and regularly follow-up with them to obtain feedback
• Develop effective and creative sourcing strategies that attract diverse, passive candidates and applicants through multiple channels/resources
• Grow and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline of passive candidate profiles
• Manage, track, and report on activities and key metrics/milestones during weekly status meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA or BS degree required
• A minimum of five years of professional recruiting experience in either a Corporate or Agency-based organization required
• A minimum of three years of technical and Information Technology recruiting experience required
• IT recruiting experience and knowledge involving roles in SAP, Infrastructure, UX Design, and Software Development
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
• Experience managing and effectively prioritizing multiple searches and projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to identify and source exceptional talent into an organization
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, Pipelining applications, and on-line recruiting resources (specifically WorkDay)
• Prior experience within a retained executive search firm highly desired
• Demonstrated efficiency with time-management and organizational prioritization
• Proven ability to efficiently manage competing priorities
• Customer-focused attitude
• Aerospace industry knowledge preferred
