We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Process Engineer 5
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Renton, WA

• Provide strategic direction for the application of industry standard analysis methods and techniques to continuously improve and optimize solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing processes throughout the value stream.
• Lead the adaptation and implementation of national and industry standards for product definition data.
• Lead the implementation and integration processes and tools across programs.
• Strategically lead and direct program transition plans to improve existing processes and optimize the effective application of new tool technology.
• Oversee the strategic implementation of new approaches to program planning that simulate the multi-functional dependencies of the product development lifecycle for complex, highly integrated products.
• Work under consultative direction.

• Advanced current or former mechanic skills preferred with experience within entire 737 final assembly.
• Subject matter expert shop floor 737 experience. Mechanics, managers, engineers, and technicians are applicable skillsets.
• Extensive technical knowledge of shop floor. Must have extensive working connections at the 737 renton site.
• Ability to look at job descriptions and understand locations in build process.
• Ability to walk the floor and engage with mechanics
• Recent (last 5 years) 737 experience.
• Ability to be an influencer and effect site strategy.

*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• 10 years of experience required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
