We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist 4
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Seattle, WA

• Prepare, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs, and initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program/project objectives.
• Track, plan, schedule, and perform risk analysis for, projects, programs and change activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Perform studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives.
• Develop Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, and drive program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives.
• Perform integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.
• Identify, analyze, and report schedule performance variances.
• Perform schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provide potential solutions to management.
• Work with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporate documentation where appropriate.
• Perform schedule, event and change impact analysis.
• Oversee implementation planning for change requirements and ensure stakeholder commitment of stakeholders.
• Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports.
• Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.
• Travel up to 10%

• Advanced experience with MS Office, particularly with Project & Excel
• Intermediate office experience
• Advanced experience with Critical Path Methodology required
• Advanced experience with Primavera P3e and Earned Value Analysis preferred
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and typically 10+ years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
