Project Manager - Aerospace - Contract

On behalf of our client Ingenium is recruiting and evaluating candidates for the position of Aerospace Project Manager. The primary goal of the Project Manager is to successfully deliver on key customer and project objectives by managing internal resources, budgets, and assets. This is a 6-month contract position located in Buffalo, New York.

Must be a US Citizen

Principal Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project activities from contract award through delivery
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the project, and for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements
• Project performance, including all project objectives, budget and schedule
• Deliver status updates to management and customers
• Optimize project success through Project Planning, Performance Measurement, Organizational Management, Change Management, and Risk Management

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of relevant Aerospace Project Management experience
• The ability to lead, organize, and influence people
• Proven knowledge and experience with formal project management processes, including the use of project management tools inclusive of Earned Value Management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferable engineering

Employment Criteria: This position includes access or potential access to ITAR technical data. Therefore, candidates will need to verify US Citizenship.
