Northrop Grumman Aerospace System is seeking an Earned Value Management Compliance Analyst 4 in their Autonomous Systems Division San Diego, CA facility to support the Business Area in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance and training. The position requires knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost and Schedule Management processes and products.

Responsibilities include: conducting program/CAM EVM surveillance; performing assessments of variance analysis and EAC analysis; developing revisions to procedures and work instructions; developing training plans, materials and courses; presenting training courses on a variety of EVM topics to analysts, CAMs and Program Management; providing one-on-one training and guidance to CAMs and CAM Teams.

•Candidate should have the ability to identify and effectively communicate, orally and in writing, the requirements for EVM compliant processes and products.
•Excellent presentation skills are required.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree
•10 years of related cost and schedule analysis experience with at least 6 recent years of EVM analysis experience.
•Proficient understanding of SAP, MPM, wInsight or similar systems
•Proficient understanding of scheduling processes and terms and Microsoft Project
•Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience interfacing with government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA
