Job Duties:

As a Designer your responsibilities will be to model fully defined components and assemblies efficiently using Pro/E / Creo 4.0, and create/update parametric drawings in conformance with ARDEC 3D modeling standards. You will work with other engineers, technicians, program managers and administrative personnel to accomplish assigned tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Accept work direction from other drafters/designers, engineers and manager on assigned project. • Mechanical modeling utilizing Pro/E / Creo 4.0 • Create/update parametric drawings in conformance with ARDEC 3D modeling standards. • Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Other Required Skills:
• Two years of mechanical design experience. • Technical or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting/Design. • 2 - 5 years of Pro/E / Creo experience with a minimum of 1 year utilizing Pro/E / Creo 4.0 • Ability to model fully defined components and assemblies efficiently using Pro/E / Creo 4.0 • Ability to create/update parametric drawings in conformance with ARDEC 3D modeling standards. • Microsoft Office experience.

Preferred Skills:
• Possess an understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. • Understanding of Teamcenter PLM toolsets. • Exposure to production/factory floor environment • Exposure to or interest in ammunition, reloading, or shooting sports.

Required Education:
Associate's Degree in Mechanical Drafting/Design with 2-5 years of Pro/E/CREO Experience.
